With years of experience in hospitality, the journey has included developing menus, crafting recipes, guiding teams, and creating moments worth remembering. Along the way came opportunities to shape brands and build restaurants from the ground up; collaborating with restaurants, bars, cafés, and local names such as SLOW, The Course at SLOW in the City, Kilojoule Café, The 11th Floor, and The Local at Huddle. Each project was about more than food, it was about telling stories worth savouring. That same passion now flavours every project created here at Still & Spoon.
